ABOUT US

NESTEC, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Jim Nester as an industrial air pollution control (APC) company to specialize in service, rebuild and upgrades and supplying new OEM equipment and systems. NESTEC initially focused heavily on thermal oxidation technologies. Over the years we have grown into an industry leader, expanded into multiple product lines, added company capabilities and key personnel. We have the most experienced technical team of APC experts in North America. Our headquarters are located in eastern Pennsylvania with several employees located throughout North America. NESTEC is proud to be an employee owned, private company.

Assess the need

Every project starts with your process, not our equipment. We evaluate your air stream characteristics, emission requirements, and plant operations (ideally at the planning stage) to identify the most effective and economical path to compliance.

Engineer the Solution

Our applications team develops a matrix of system options, comparing capital equipment costs against long-term operating overhead. Working alongside your engineers and consultants, we design a total air emission control solution built for your specific application.

Install the System

From fabrication through mechanical and electrical installation, NESTEC manages the full scope. Our experienced field teams deliver turnkey startup and commissioning, keeping your project on schedule and your downtime to a minimum.

Service & maintenance

Compliance doesn’t end at startup. Our Aftermarket division provides spare parts, upgrades, rebuilds, and on-site service to keep your system (or even a competitor’s) running at peak efficiency for the life of your plant.
